Meet Kiki Rike

Marriage & Family Therapist, MA , LMFT

“I do my best to ensure that you feel accepted and comfortable, no matter what you're struggling with. If you've been feeling sad, unmotivated, anxious, or just overwhelmed, even the idea of seeking help can feel like one more hurdle. Making the decision to begin therapy shows strength. In our work together, I’ll help you tap into those strengths you already possess so you can live a happier, healthier, and more fulfilling life.”

Finding the Right Fit Matters

If you’ve tried therapy before and it didn’t feel helpful, I encourage you not to close the door on it altogether. It can take time to find the right fit—and if you don’t feel safe or connected with your therapist, it’s much harder for the work to be meaningful. I work collaboratively to help you tap into your strengths, and I want you to feel supported, seen, and heard throughout the process.

While I don’t see children or teens in my practice, I’m happy to point you in the right direction if that’s what you're looking for.

My Approach

I work collaboratively with each of my clients to identify what they need most—whether that’s processing a difficult season, finding new tools to manage anxiety or depression, or reconnecting with a sense of self after a big life change. My approach is person-centered, trauma-informed, and rooted in the belief that healing looks different for everyone.

In our work, I draw from:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)

  • Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)

  • Solution-Focused Therapy

  • Mindfulness-based strategies

Together, we’ll tap into the strengths you already have, while building new insight, tools, and confidence along the way.

My Background

I’ve been practicing therapy since 2009 in a variety of settings and with a wide range of populations. I’ve worked with eating disorders and addiction at higher levels of care, as well as supported individuals through depression, anxiety, body image concerns, and relationship stressors.

While I now focus much of my work on supporting new and expecting parents, I also enjoy working with people at all stages of life. Whether your child is 8 weeks or 18 years—or you're navigating life transitions unrelated to parenting—I’m here to help you feel more grounded and connected to yourself.sight, tools, and confidence along the way.
