Therapist Mentorship & Supervision

I’ve been a therapist since 2009 and know firsthand how disorienting early career stages can feel—especially when you're navigating licensure, imposter syndrome, or the leap into private practice.

I offer 90-minute mentorship sessions for therapists of any licensure level who want help getting clear on the next step. This can include:

  • Exploring whether private practice is right for you

  • Setting realistic expectations

  • Outlining logistics and first steps

  • Working through mindset blocks or fears

Most clinicians only need one or two meetings to gain clarity and momentum. My style is collaborative, grounded, and supportive—I’m here to challenge you when needed and also cheer you on through the process.

Ready to get started?

I offer 50-minute sessions either in-person in North Austin or via telehealth. My rate is $160 per session, and I accept all major credit cards and HSA payments. While I don’t take insurance, I’m happy to provide a detailed receipt you can submit for possible reimbursement. If cost is a barrier, feel free to reach out—I'm open to discussing reduced-rate spots or sharing other resources.
