Pregnancy and Postpartum Support.

Becoming a parent is one of the most profound transitions we can experience—and it doesn’t always feel the way we expected it to. You may have thought you’d be filled with joy and love after your baby arrived, only to feel overwhelmed, anxious, detached, or even deeply sad.

Maybe your birth experience was traumatic or unexpected. Maybe you're struggling to bond with your baby or feeling like your identity has completely shifted. You might find yourself flooded with shame, rage, or intrusive thoughts—and unsure whether it’s “normal.” These experiences are far more common than they’re talked about, and they do not mean you're failing.

In our work together, you can be honest about all of it. We’ll create a space that honors your emotional experience, allows space for grief or complexity, and helps you process what parenthood looks like for you.

You don’t have to sort through the noise of social media, podcasts, and opinions alone. I’ll support you in reconnecting with your intuition—your own internal compass—and help you feel more grounded and confident in your role as a parent.

Therapist Mentorship & Supervision.

I’ve been a therapist since 2009 and know firsthand how disorienting early career stages can feel—especially when you're navigating licensure, imposter syndrome, or the leap into private practice.

I offer 90-minute mentorship sessions for therapists of any licensure level who want help getting clear on the next step. This can include:

  • Exploring whether private practice is right for you

  • Setting realistic expectations

  • Outlining logistics and first steps

  • Working through mindset blocks or fears

Most clinicians only need one or two meetings to gain clarity and momentum. My style is collaborative, grounded, and supportive—I’m here to challenge you when needed and also cheer you on through the process.

Emotional Wellness and Life Transitions.

While I specialize in maternal and parental mental health, I also work with individuals navigating a wide range of emotional challenges, including:

  • Relationship stress or disconnection
